I need help remembering the name of a board game I'm like a kid.?

For the life of me I can not remember the name. I remember it was a game room where you cards pictures of diplomats. I remember one of the diplomats was a person cat, another person was a lizard and another is a fire like Thor person. I also remember it had little plastic rings with little plastic spaceship Space pins to put in the rings. That's about all I can remember about this but I remember I loved playing. I had to adolescence in the early and mid 80s that I checked the manual space and guess that this is not one of them and I tried to check www.boardgamegeeks.com but can not find it without knowing its name. Nope its not Zathura. Its really bothers me that I do not remember the name of this game.
